Membership Application

If you would like to become a member of the Leisure World Photography, click here for an application. Membership is $10/per person or $15/per manor, per season. Please complete the application and make your check out to the Leisure World Photography Club (U.S. funds only). You can then do one of three things:

1. Bring your application and check to a regular Saturday morning meeting.

2. Mail your application and check to Bob Bennett, 2312 Leisure World, Mesa, AZ 85206-5405.

3. Drop your application and check in the lockbox on the front porch at 2312 Leisure World. 2312 is located 1½ blocks from the Southern Avenue gate, on the north side of Cranbrook. The lockbox is on the back side of the post, facing the street.
